To celebrate 6 years in the Great Dark Spot, we’ve invited one of our favorite producers to conjure the soundscape for this momentous storm. Timothy J. Fairplay has long evoked a visionary sound that we are pleased to bring to this mix series. The producer has prepared an hour of wavy electro, house and industrial directly from his studio by the North Sea.

In April 2023 you can catch Tim DJing in Italy’s city of Chieti and playing live at the Golden Lion in Todmorden in the UK, an event held in memory of his late music partner, Andrew Weatherall. This year Fairplay has releases coming on Italo Moderni, Archaic Future as well as a new album on his Dungeon Module imprint.
